I am an experienced HR Consultant and Coach who is passionate about learning and development and have a broad range of knowledge and skills which has been gained firstly whilst working for British Airways for 13 years and more recently from running her my own business Leaders in Mind Ltd.
Since 1998 we have been successfully working with corporates, small businesses, charities and public sector organisations offering support with leadership development, coaching, organisational change, and business process improvement which is underpinned and supported by our HR knowledge, NLP techniques and use of Psychometrics.
Where the name MereChats came from
It's based on Meerkats who are small ground living animals that originate from Southern Africa. Meerkats form strong social bonds, and they nurture, respect and protect one another which all seemed to be good characteristics for a successful community.
